Dear Author,

Thank you for considering Western Edge Press Publishing.
Please include the following with your hard copy proposal:
 
  • 1-2 page cover letter outlining book, intended audience,
    how you plan reaching them,
    your selling points, and competing and comparable titles
     
  • Resume of publishing, personal and professional history
     
  • Synopsis and table of contents
    Introduction and a chapter or two
     
  • Photo copies of illustrations
     
  • Note if permissions are required and secured
     
  • SASE if you want materials returned.

We are not looking for:
  • New Age
  • Self help
  • inspirational
  • genre fiction
  • Poetry


We are looking for:

  • nonfiction

  • Creative nonfiction

  • literary fiction

  • cookery

  • herbal medicine

  • history

  • craft

  • folk lore

  • folk art - general
